I have a +/- 2 year old HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 All-In-One and after updating the driver, the touch screen on the printer displays an all blue screen with what looks like an image of a "Power Button" and the following code: 0112E9AA.  I have tried leaving the printer un plugged for the better part of a week and the code still appears once the printer is powered up. Has anyone else experienced this? More importantly, any suggestions how to fix it? I'm ready to beat this thing with a hammer..haha

Thank you for the message.  I tried contacting HP Support (Virtual Support Assistant) before posting to this board and was told by Support that they were unable to help me with this problem.  Do you have a better, more direct means of contacting someone in support?
