The printer does not work and does not connect to the wifi network also the screen turns blue for an instant and then gives error 0XB9808BF4

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Inkjet Printers - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
