Error Code 0xc19a0022, carriage stuck to the right and I can't access the menus

HP 8620
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Error Code 0xc19a0022, carriage is stuck to the right and I can't access the menus. I would like to try replacing the printerhead, but the carriage is stuck to the right.

I have jiggled the carriage. I have cleaned everything I can clean.

I have drained the charge multiple times (unplug cord, both ends, held power button for 3 minutes, re-plugged everything into the wall directly). I have done this multiple times, so please do not give me this as an answer as I have done research and troubleshooting like this for days.
