Hi all,
Hopefully someone out there can help me.
My printer completely randomly put up an error (Error Code: OXD90774EC KERNEL_EXEC_ST). One day fine printing, the next, the aforementioned error appeared. I print an avg. of 5 sheets a week. I have not printed for a couple of days but went to print yesterday (One page - picture of about 1/3 A4 size), no Error on the PC but I went to grab the print out and the error was there. I've checked; Ink, Paper, Wires, Wi-Fi, and PC connection - Wi-Fi. It appears to be only in the Printer not in the Op Syst.
I'm completely stumped. Any help is most appreciated.
Thank you,
Kind Regards,
Sasha.

Hi @Sasha,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting 0x error on your HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer.
1. Turn the printer on if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer if it does not automatically turn on.
