Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

My printer stopped printing in color several weeks ago.  I had received an error message stating that I needed to update to Windows 11. I thought I had previously done this.  I attempted to update but it said it was not supported but gave me no other options.  It was printing in black and white and today I received error message OVB94DA7E6. I read the troubleshooting tips so I unplugged the cord while it was still plugged in and I then lost everything.  I then tried to unplug the power cord and still nothing.  The unit is now totally dead.  Do you have any ideas/suggestions?  Any help is much appreciated.  Please and Thank You.
