Hello,

 

I had an error warning the other day that looks like the one I got today. The first problem was solved when I went to HP Print Doctor and was directed to change the ink cartridge. I have new ink in now and the error, or a similar error has returned. It is the USD-e8a9064... error.

 

My warranty has just expired so not nice that this is happening now, I rely on this printer.

 

If anyone knows anything about this please advise me, grateful for any info you may provide.

 

I tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor, and it was able to print a perfectly fine test page out. I tried the Dr and it printed the test page twice. I thought it had corrected the problem but the error keeps coming back. The printer otherwise looks fine.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is and how to solve it? Thank you for any info you may provide.
