I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is showing Error Code B808746C and cannot be used. This error is usually related to firmware or an internal printer issue. Please try these steps:
Power reset
With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back.
Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check firmware updates
If the printer boots to the Home screen, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer and install the latest update.
HP Smart app reset
If you set up with HP Smart, remove the printer and re-add it. Sometimes this clears temporary errors.
