It occured twice today after printing and feeding with some paper.

Any idea?

These errors are often linked to a firmware issue. You should confirm that the firmware is at the current revision or update as required. The next step after that would be to perform a factory reset, which will then require you to reenter any user settings such as scan to folder back into the machine.

my printer is brandnew (01/24), so the firmware should be up to date, shouldn`t it?

I would say that of all the printers that we setup in shop for customers, less than 5% ship with the most current firmware. Delays between manufacture, shipping and time spent in vendor warehouses, most firmware have updated between all those steps.
