Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Getting error message Paper Jam on my HP OfficeJet 5258 all in one printer. I have completed all steps available to clear any paper, etc. There is no paper jam. What do I do now?

@Fehu541, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve a paper jam issue - A 'Paper Jam' Error.

Also, check if the print carriage is moving freely.

 

If the error persists and you are not able to bypass the error to reach the home screen on the printer, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
