I have already attempted all the recommended steps from another post with the same error as a title. The error message has not changed, and I can't access any other menu on the printer, the firmware is also up to date, I don't know where to go from here.

I have already attempted the suggestions from this post.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the Printhead error.

 

Please try these steps - HP Printers - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
