I am getting a message that there is a problem with the printer or inkjet system, and am told to turn the printer off and on and then contact HP if the problem still persists.  (Trying to get a live person from HP, with the machine out of warranty, seems to be impossible.)  I've turned the machine off and on a half dozen times, replaced the cartridges and am still getting the same warnings.  In the past, I got a specific message if a cartridge was out of ink.  Now all I get is this maddening "Contact HP" message.  Help!
