I put new ink cartridges in my 8720 printer, get an error message, "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge" Seems like the ink is not being supplied out of the new cartridge. Any ideas about how to fix? Thanks,

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the supply error message on your Officejet Pro 8740. Before considering step 4 I would suggest the following: If the printer was unplugged before the printer had time to properly park the printheads the printhead may have dried out.
