HP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a issue with printing.
When I click on print there's always a error. I clicked on troubleshoot and received  a message saying "There might be problems with HP3FABCB (HP ENVY 6000 series). Windows will take additional steps to further troubleshoot."
I've followed instruction.
I restarted my printer, unplugged the cord and plug back the cord how many time and switch back on the printer. uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. updated the Windows 10.

@Ann-Marie_Fen, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Let us try these steps:

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
