I had a NW150 laser printer, bought new. It arrived and it was dead on arrival. HP Singapore replaced the printer after weeks of back and forth on the phone. The replacement printer had an issue with the toner cartridges. I replaced all the toner with HP original and now it comes up with a Printer Failure status. SO I go to the support page - enter the serial number and it just says invalid. I have tried calling HP support but it's a deliberate circular loop of press 2, hold, no call back options as your serial number is invalid. 

 

Why is customer service in Singapore so excruciatingly bad. I just want a printer that works. Now my office printer is also one day away from expired support. Can I extend support or buy a care package? No idea as the support page just keeps going in a loop. if you call the support hotline it just hangs up while you are in the queue - it's diabolical its so bad.
