I have not been able to print anything from my HP Deskjet 2752e. I have done virtually every trouble-shooting solution I could think of. Restarted my laptop and printer. Checked for updates on my laptop, there were none, I am up to date. Checked for jams with paper or ink cartridges. Again, none. I am at a loss at this point. I even ran the "Diagnose & Fix" function in the app but it all stopped when the "Test Print" never would print. The only other error message I get is updating payment for HP+, which I do not think should be complicating simply printing from it
