I have a Blue screen Error C9C60005 on my printer HP laserjet Pro M479 fdw.

I tried a lot e.g. remove power cord and switch it on, nothing helps really.

but

after a long time (>10 min) with out power cord, I switch it on again and pressed regulary (many times) the back button on the touchpanel (I saw for a short moment the message "service menu" in the display),  the printer started normally. During this "power on" the 5Ghz was switchted off (because someone wrote this for an other blue screen)
