Product name is HP PageWide Pro MFP 577dw. Installed new black cartridge however black text will not print out. I went through the cleaning process to no avail. I got the error code 0xc6fd0013.

If your HP PageWide Pro MFP 577dw is not printing black text even after installing a new black cartridge and you are seeing error code 0xc6fd0013, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Turn the printer back on by pressing the power button.
Step 2: Reinstall the Black Cartridge
- Open the cartridge access door.
- Remove the black cartridge from its slot.
- Gently shake the cartridge to distribute the ink evenly.
- Reinsert the cartridge into its respective slot.
- Ensure that the cartridge locks into place securely.
Step 3: Perform an Additional Cleaning
Sometimes a second round of cleaning might help. 1. From the home screen on the printer's control panel, swipe to open the Dashboard. 2. Touch Setup. 3. Select Printer Maintenance. 4. Select Clean Printhead and/or clean contacts and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Check for Firmware Updates
- Ensure your printer is connected to a network.
- Access the HP website and check for any firmware updates specific to your model.
- Download and install any available updates following the provided instructions.
