Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro Multifunction M479fdw Wireless Laser

I can see the paper jam but it isn’t possible to get to it since it’s at the top of the printer. Any suggestions?

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, most probably the printer is stuck at the fuser roller, that part is built in inside the printer and it will be hard to access,  normally HP recommends an Onsite tech or a repair center to clean it.
