I repeatedly get the error code B338EC67 on my HP OfficeJet pro 8035. If I need to reset the printer, what is the procedure?
or, if there is some other procedure, I need to perform,… what is it?

Hi @Yoda-24365,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When encountering an error code like B338EC67 on an HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 printer, resetting the device can often help resolve the issue. To reset the printer, you can follow these steps.

  1. Turn off the printer by pressing the Power button.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and also unplug it from the power outlet.
  3. Wait for about 1-2 minutes to allow the printer to completely power down.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to the printer and plug it back into the power outlet.
  5. Turn on the printer by pressing the Power button.
  6. Wait for the printer to initialize and start up normally. It might take a few moments.

After the reset, check if the error code B338EC67 has been resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
