HP Recommended

Done all the basics by trying to start printer ... no movement at all from printer carriage and printer carriage is in a position where I cannot access the cartridges either ie far right of printer 

 

Lights up goes through a start up on screen but then error code on blue screen saying B35F7378 ? with a white on off button ?  tried starting it holding the on button down , small light comes on bottom left at base of printer and tried tapping the top left home and start button screen gently to see if I can get into diagnostics but nothing light goes out and when power button is pressed I go back to blue screen and error me

Tried again tonight and get a different code BO5BDC44 ...still the printer remains quite with no carriage movement ?
