When trying to.print a screenshot or other photo from my Samsung S23 smartphone, I only get a blank sheet of paper.  If I paste the photo I to PowerPoint.

  • Network Connection: Ensure the printer and smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Reconnection: Restart your printer and reconnect it to the network.

2. Update Printer Firmware

  • Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware.

3. Update the HP Smart App

  • Ensure that the HP Smart app on your Samsung S23 is up-to-date.
  • Use the app to print photos directly instead of the default gallery app.

4. Check File Format

  • Some screenshots or images saved in non-standard formats might not print correctly.
  • Convert the image to a standard format like JPEG or PNG using a photo editing app or screenshot tool.
