Turn off the printer:

- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the outlet:
- Ensure the power cord is removed entirely from the electrical outlet.
- Wait about 60 seconds before proceeding.
Reconnect the power cord:
- Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
Turn on the printer:
- Press the power button again to turn on your printer.
- Wait for the printer to fully power up.
Check for the error message:
