I don't have the same initial error code but the other one (OXB308720D) I do have. The printer in question is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printing from a Motorola XT2041-4 mobile phone.

Hi @IA50112DHK ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Hi @IA50112DHK ,

There seems some technical glitch. Hence you did not receive any private messages.

Kindly check as I have sent it again. Thanks

SOLVED

Thank you for the support feed back. What I found out was that the memory in my phone (Motorola XT2041-4) was full. After doing a hard reset and loading everything back in I gained about 40% of memory back. For this the HP Smart app had to be setup again, and all is working again.
