We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry, but I could not find any specific information related to the error code OXB8CE7066 for HP printers in the given documents.

To troubleshoot the issue, I recommend the following general steps for resolving printer error codes:

Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Connections: Ensure that all connections, including USB and power cables, are securely plugged in.

Update Firmware/Drivers: Check if your printer firmware and drivers are up to date. You can do this by visiting the HP website and searching for your printer model for any available updates.

Reset the Printer: Consult the user manual for instructions on how to perform a reset on your specific printer model.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
