Product: Example: HP ENVY 5055

Just sent screen shots to my gallery and tried to print from my gallery. 1st page got stuck half way through printing and has ERROR CODE OXB8D58536 Flashing on the screen. I opened the paper tray and now, the error code is still there, but all the other buttons are not flashing...including the power button, the ? Button, the next button, and the top blue light to the right of the screen is solid blue.

@Charlynn, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays 

 

Also, check for any paper jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely. Refer to steps from - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
