Received this error message after trying to change my ink cartridge. Have since replaced with original cartridge. Ive done the factory reset (unplug from printer and wall, wait 3 minutes. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then plug back into the wall first, then to the printer, and turn on.) Error message still continues. Was trying to just find an email address for HP but literally cannot find one anywhere. This is very frustrating!!!!!!
