The error code OXDOOODEAD KERNEL_EXEC_ST is showing on the control panel of my HP OfficeJet 5258 printer. I have unplugged many times, but it won't go away. It shows up as soon as I plug it back in and nothing happens....the ink cartridges don't even move. I can't do anything with this printer and I just bought it, brand new, in October 2020. Please help!

I'd like to help!
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
