Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Officejet 4650 All-in-One printer and an error code just pooped up on the display showing error code "0X83C0002B NOS_LOADER_APP". None of the functions on the printer display works. All 3 icon lights keeps flashing. the printer cannot print, nor can my computer see the printer anymore. This just happened the last few days. 

 

Anyone have any ideas? I tried cycling power to the printer numerous times.

Try the hard reset as shown in this video

Network connect video might be helpful. Please connect to router and avoid WiFi direct if possible
