Hi @Delove2300 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting an error 59 on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180n indicates a fuser error. This error typically means there is a problem with the fuser assembly, which is responsible for applying heat and pressure to bond the toner to the paper.
Here’s what you can try to resolve this issue:
- Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Check the Fuser Assembly: Make sure the fuser is properly installed. You may need to remove and reinsert it to ensure it's seated correctly. Refer to your printer’s manual for instructions on how to do this.
- Inspect for Paper Jams: Check for any paper jams or obstructions in the printer that might be affecting the fuser. Clear any jams you find.
- Check for Overheating: Ensure the printer is in a well-ventilated area. Overheating can sometimes cause fuser issues.
- Update Firmware: Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve various errors. Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer model. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Replace the Fuser: If the error persists, you may need to replace the fuser assembly. Contact HP support or a qualified technician for assistance if you’re not comfortable doing this yourself.
