Hi @Pheludo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

The error code "EBS00P0007" on your HP OfficeJet printer typically indicates a problem related to the printer setup process. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Check the wireless settings on the printer's control panel to verify the network connection.

Restart the Router:

  • If the printer is connected wirelessly, restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Wait for the router to restart completely and then check if the printer reconnects to the network.

Reset the Printer:

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Resume buttons on the printer control panel simultaneously for 5 seconds.
  • This will reset the printer's network settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the network connection again.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed.
  • Go to the printer's control panel, navigate to Settings or Setup, and look for the option to check for firmware updates.
  • If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
  • Update from this link

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • On your computer, uninstall the existing printer drivers and software for the HP OfficeJet printer.
  • Download the latest drivers and software from the HP Support website.
  • Install the downloaded drivers and software, following the on-screen instructions.

Factory Reset the Printer:

  • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to perform a factory reset on the printer.
  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer control panel simultaneously for 10 seconds.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
