Socorro, estou com o erro "mec"  na impressora HP LaserJet 400 M401n. Já atualizei o firmware da impressora mas o erro persiste, também já reinstalei os drivers. o erro ocorre até nas páginas do relatório diretamente na impressora

Hi my friend , Help, I have the "mec" error on the HP LaserJet 400 M401n printer. I have already updated the printer's firmware but the error persists, I have also reinstalled the drivers. the error even occurs on report pages directly on the printer
