HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

Following a sudden power cut my printer has been stuck on a blue screen with the error code  B89F9550 - I have tried holding the power button in, unplugging it at the mains and leaving it off for a while, but I can't get any other screen to appear.  Any assistance gratefully received.

I understand that you are getting a B89F9550 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
