Hi @Laurag1982,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code C8190014 you're seeing on your HP Pro MFPv477dw indicates a problem with the fuser unit. The fuser unit is responsible for heating and bonding toner to the paper during the printing process. The prior error code, Oxc6fd0034, might be related to the same issue.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet for at least 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes clear temporary glitches that might be causing the error.
  • Check for Fuser Unit Issues: Open the printer and see if there are any visible signs of damage to the fuser unit, such as melted toner or debris. If you see any damage, you'll likely need to replace the fuser unit.
  • Update Firmware: Outdated firmware can sometimes cause errors. Check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your specific printer model. Updating the firmware might resolve the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Alden, I had to call an HP service tech and he did exactly what you recommended, but nothing worked, so it  was his recommendation that it could not  be fixed and I needed a new all in one printer, which I have ordered from HP.  Thanks for your response.
