Product: ENVY 5030
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Can anyone help resolve the error message above please. If I turn the printer off it is fine but will print one page and the error message returns. Thanks!

Could you please check if appears another error message when appears the error code? I mean if it is related for a cartridge error, paper jam, carriage jam or anything...
