Product: Envy Photo 7155
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

This is now my SECOND HP printer that I've attempted to have work with my 2019 MacBook Air. When printing from everything -- email (Gmail), PDFs (Adobe), or Google docs --  I receive the error message that the "printer is not responding."

 

Steps already taken: 

+Re-installed driver

+Rebooted machine

+Confirmed printer is online and connected to wireless network

 

NOTE that I am able to print WITHOUT ISSUE from my iPhone SE 2020 to this same printer. There is something that is incompatible between Mac laptop and this printer. PLEASE HELP.

Hey HP, are you able to assist with this issue? If not, I will be returning the printer. This is the second model that has not cooperated for me.
