Hi @Bc541,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're seeing the error message about a problem with your HP account, here are some steps you can take to resolve it:

1. Check Your HP Account

  • Log In: Go to the HP website and log in to your HP account. Check for any notifications or issues with your account.

2. Verify Subscription Status

  • Instant Ink Status: If you're using HP Instant Ink, ensure your subscription is active and not expired. You can check this in your account settings.

3. Update Account Information

  • Update Payment Information: Make sure your payment information is current. If there are issues with your payment method, update it.

4. Reconnect Printer to Account

  • Reconnect Printer: Sometimes, disconnecting and reconnecting the printer to your HP account can help. Use the HP Smart app to do this:
    • Open the app and go to your printer settings.
    • Remove the printer and then add it back again.

5. Restart Printer and Router

  • Power Cycle: Turn off your printer and router, wait a minute, and then turn them back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
