HP Recommended

The printer presents an error message at start up. "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off then on. If problem persists, contact HP". The printer control panel is not available.

Well, did that in addition to contacting support. Nothing seems to work including trying to access the TAP menu through the processes outlined by the tech support chat. 

Anyone have any other ideas on how to access diagnostics?
