Error message on Deskjet 3520 saying "Error Code OX6203f180" what does it mean?

HP DeskJet 3520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have tried to clean my HP Deskjet 3520 and had to take out the lid. Once I tried to re-assemble the whole thing, it starts normally and when it is "preparing the printer", almost at the end of the 3 min or so, I get the "Error Code OX6203f180". Does anyone know what it means? Could I have damaged the wiring when I put the lid on back again?
Thanks
