envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an envy4500. Bought new, use instant ink, which in 3 years I've had 1 black and 1 colour cartridge so not really cost effective. This month no payment taken out but printer now displaying printing will be blocked soon.

 

Sorry guys, my printer, I bought it, don't think about blocking me. Why am I getting this?

Be Aware:

Do not respond to individuals who post phone numbers or email addresses.

If you (or HP) terminated / cancelled the Instant Ink subscription,

Remove all Instant Ink Cartridges as described in the Terms of Service contract.

Purchase and install HP ink cartridges for use in your printer.
