Hi!

I live in the US and recently found an old printer I brought from France that I need to use.

The model is "Photosmart 5514". Obviously the ink was completely dry, so I purchased a new set of cartridges (564XL) which were advertised as compatible with this printer.

However, when trying to install them, I am getting an error "Cart. d'encre non compatible", which means the ink is not compatible. The previous set of cartridges has 364 written on them, but I could not find the same ink in the US.

From searching on this forum, it seems I might need to perform a regionalization reset.

Could anyone indicate how to perform this action / who I need to contact for help?
