If you've attempted all the troubleshooting steps provided and are still encountering the "Problem with Ink System" error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8620, here are a few additional steps you can consider:

Replace the Printhead:

  • Sometimes, persistent error messages indicate that the printhead might need replacement. If you suspect the printhead is at fault and it is under warranty, you can contact HP Support to request a replacement.

Service the Printer:

  • If none of the troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to have your printer serviced. 

To move forward with either replacing the printhead or servicing your printer, please contact HP Customer Support. They will guide you through the warranty claim process if applicable, and provide instructions for servicing your printer.
