@OValles, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Center.

 

Have you tried reinstalling the driver?

Uninstall the HP driver from the control panel and click here to download the printer driver.

 

If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
