After installing the drivers, the printer does not print. Does not print a test page.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that is not printing.
Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).
- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.
- May I know which application you are using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Patient printer hp designjet 800 sn: SG0C521013, model C7780B. When installing on Windows 10 x64, drivers are automatically installed, but cannot open printer settings and print queue. The driver is unknown in the properties. When I manually install the driver from the official HP page everything appears. Print queue, printer settings.
But when trying to print a test page the error "Unable to complete the operation. The system cannot find the specified environment parameter".
But the most interesting thing is that when you open the print control, select printer and print a test page - the test page is printed.
Who had the same problem. Write how to solve it.
P.S. I tried drivers from Windows 7, it doesn't h
elp.
