HP LaserJet M209dw Printer

FIRST GOT YELLOW LIGHT INDICATING LOW ON INK.  

 

DIDN'T RECEIVE INSTANT INK ORDER VIA MAIL.  BOUGHT CORRECT LASER JET M209DWE CARTRIDGE.

ERROR SAYS CARTRIDGE NOT COMMUNICATING.  HAVE RESTARTED PRINTED, NO HELP.

Thank you for posting your query regarding the cartridge error. I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Make sure you are using the right cartridges.

 

Restart the Printer

1. Turn off the printer.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and remove the cartridges.

3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

4. Plug the power cord back in.

5. Wait for 1min and then insert the cartridges.

6. Turn on the printer.

 

Also, could you provide the details of the instant ink account such as the unit's serial number, your registered email address

your Instant Ink account ID and your address via private message?
