Event code 71.02.4A HP office jet 8020 the ink carriage does not reset. 

I have followed numerous suggestions, unplugging printer, turning off and on, etc. There is no paper jam, no idea why the ink carriage does not reset.

• Reinsert the ink cartridges ensuring they are properly seated.

Printhead Cleaning:

Power Cycle with Ink Carriage Repositioning:

• Unplug the printer from the power source while it is turned on.
• Move the carriage manually to the center position.
• Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.

Reset Printer:

• Perform a hard reset by unplugging the printer, waiting for about 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
• Turn on the printer and check if the carriage resets correctly.

Firmware Update:
