Every page (whether copied, printed or scanned) has eleven black lines that run from the middle of the page to the edge of the page.

I understand the printed pages have lines on them. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality

Print a cleaning page, check the toners. Make sure you are using HP ink toners.

 

Clean the paper pick rollers as shown in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

 

If the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue. 

Use alternate/new ink toner if available and check if that helps.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
