Hi @KaashviKapoor

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It looks like your printer is displaying an exclamation mark for Bluetooth, which usually indicates a connection issue or a setting that needs attention. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

1. Restart the Printer and Device

  • Turn off your printer and the device you're trying to connect.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
  • Try reconnecting via Bluetooth.

2. Check Bluetooth Settings

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your printer and your device.
  • Remove the printer from your device’s Bluetooth settings and re-add it.

3. Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.
  • Click on the link below for instructions on how to update the firmware of your printer.

4. Reset Bluetooth Connection

  • If the issue persists, reset the printer’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Refer to your printer’s manual for instructions on resetting Bluetooth.

5. Check for Interference

  • Ensure there are no other devices causing interference.
  • Try moving the printer closer to your device.
