My new printer HP 7006 Smart Tank can’t print a file from Word or Excel.

Update Firmware: Make sure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for firmware updates through the HP Smart app or directly from the printer's settings if it's network connected.

Reset the Printer:

• Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
• Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Clear Print Queue: Cancel all print jobs in your computer’s print queue and try sending the print job again.

Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, outdated Windows versions can cause printing issues. Ensure your Windows OS is up-to-date.
