@ramu_thota0711,

Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Turn the Printer Off and On

  • Power cycle the printer by turning it off, waiting for 60 seconds, and then turning it back on. This helps reset any temporary issues.

Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer’s cover and check for any paper jams or stuck paper. Remove any paper if found and carefully follow the printer’s manual to ensure there are no obstructions.

Check Ink or Toner

  • Ensure the ink cartridges or toner are properly installed and have enough ink. Replace them if necessary.

Check Printer Connection

  • If it's a wired printer, make sure the cables are securely connected to both the printer and the computer or network.
  • If it's a wireless printer, ensure that the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network properly.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Sometimes, outdated or corrupted printer drivers cause errors. Visit the HP Support website and check if there are any updated drivers or firmware updates for your printer model. You can also uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and update the firmware following the instructions provided on the support page.

Perform a Printer Reset (Factory Reset)

  • As a last resort, perform a factory reset on the printer. You can usually do this from the printer's menu settings. Be sure to check the printer's manual for the specific reset procedure.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
