Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I HAVE FLASHING LIGHT ON POWER AND ON THE PAUSE... AND THE TWO MIDDLE LIGHTS ARE ON.... I CANNOT SEEM TO GET THE PRINTER TO WORK. THERE IS NO PAPER JAM!  CAN ANYONE HELP? THANKS
